Some indexes are really lagging indicators. The economy is heading to the
right direction while unemployment rates shows more consistent sign of
recovery.
Richer are getting richer and poorer getting poorer. Some of my clients are
shooting for good deals now by buying houses in Las Vegas, Riverside, Moreno
Valley. They do not waste their cash, but using the leverage of loan so
that they can diversify their investment. I am not supporting their buy in
some areas, but it tells us that making money needs some foresight and bold
moves.
