你要是underwater的homeowner知道政府出资能让你不用付mortgage免费住房，
只要你不现在walkaway就行,

next year, when the stock market collapses again, the housing market likely
dips well below the current level in some areas that are stubbornly floating
at a still surprisingly high level.
