Heating System， Blower and Filter
The filter is dirty which decreases its efficiency and blocks air flow. We
recommend the filter be removed, cleaned or replaced. System lacks cleaning.
Dust and debris have built up on the blower and fan compartment. We
recommend servicing. The air ducts should be cleaned out and service to
remove all the dust to allow proper air flow of system.
我的问题是如果不clean dust的话。对Heating的影响大吗？我们在南加。用heating的
时间很少。还有这个house没有cooling。我们要自己装。如果不清理的话，对加装
cooling有没有影响?
请有经验的给看看。我的agent说清理这个要花几千块，步骤很麻烦的。

cleaning blower也是小活，老美可能500块，中国师傅可能能便宜点
清理duct更是简单，找人来用个吸尘器，伸到里边吸一吸。我们这边一个furnace大概
100来块钱。

filter换的不勤就会出现这些问题。

发帖数: 236 | 8 都是小问题。灰尘多一个是可能的健康问题，另外就是HVAC系统的工作效率不高。
如果blower 和 fan 上面都有很多灰尘，估计所有的ductwork里面也积攒了很多灰尘。
（filter脏是正常的，它的作用就是过滤灰尘，如果是disposal的，换一个就可以了。）
我建议请专业的 ductwork cleaning 公司处理一下。他们用的是专业工具，包括机器
人清理。这样所有的通风管路，包括死角都可以清洁干净。没有专业的工具，用家用的
吸尘器效果有限。 |
