Does anyone been asked by Bank Attorney for your CONTRACT to be certified?
My BofA bank attorney wants my attorney or title company to certify the
contract but my attorney said he has never done that and title company also
said they don't do. I offered to send-in the original contract but was told
bank doesn't need the original but have the copy to be stamped & certified
(by title company). WTF.....
