“Property is Lender-Owned, being sold "AS-IS, " US Bank makes no
representations or warranties. US Bank financing available. All US Bank
loans to be approved by US Bank. ”
这种房子表示有很大问题吗？ redfin 上看照片很不错，就不知内部；即使去看了，也
难以看出什么问题吧。怎么办尼？ 价格，学区，外观，好像都还行。

也有。有时候列as-is回头还能讲一些。
当然都是少数。

理工作。

is having problems. normally the bank will not do any of the repairings.
whether you can get some credits for the repairings or not will depend on
the situation.
