A********0 发帖数: 3310	1 跟lender拿了个quote，其中有一项是owner's title insurance, estimate charge $ 200. 这个我知道。可是另外还有一项是 title services and lender's title insurance, 大概９００。这项收费正常吗？ Thanks.
d******n 发帖数: 2712	2 正常呀，无论是买房还是refi，title services and lender's title insurance都是需要的，买房多一个owner's title insurance而已。
