the way, when we faxed application in, there was malfunction of the fax
machine, so we faxed twice. There must be a lot of things like this.

Are they supposed to call all who are qualified? The system sucks and they
should at least state in their website what fax dates they have processed.

your certificate?
Just hope that I can at least know the result before I file 2010 tax.
