my wife signed the note pages when we were signing the documents in the title
company. Now the bank send me a package saying that only I need to sign the
note pages and my wife is not supposed to sign. I guess it may be because
my wife is a full time housewife. They asked me to sign the note pages
again and send them back. It is a famous bank though. Is there anything
potentially harmful to me if I sign it? Thanks. | r*******k

escrow, all the files are standard. That is why most of time when Realtor,
loan agent, or clients do not understand what they sign or why they sign,
they still get protection. | r*******k

发帖数: 9308 | 5 我感觉是当时你的太太多签了，可能是Escorw Office当时的疏忽。因为只有贷款人才
需要在Note上签字的。银行现在要求改过来，是个好事情。
