要2000到5000。即使HOA有责任,可能也不一定有钱来修。所以觉得很麻烦。想听听大

termite damage locations.
7. Water/moisture stains on ceiling were noticed in the dining room. We
recommend querying the seller regarding the water penetration history of the
house. The roof above the dinging room is recommended to be checked and
repaired.
1. Rust discoloration from nails and paint chalking were observed on
exterior trims and fascia boards
2. Loose and missing wood shingles on exterior walls are recommended to be
repaired。
