one of them when it was still private sale. Then we walked away. It seems
that we have to use the original agent for that house if we want to try the
short sale.
We found that agent is not quite honest, so we find a new agent for another
short sale house.
any suggestion?

So I don't understand why we can't change agent.

simply put, who introduces you to the prop the 1st time gets the credit--
there's more details to this topic but generally, stick w/ the same agent on
prop he/she showed you to avoid potential disputes.
