estimate I am requesting. The Survey charge of $200 in the next line
folloing the Pest Inspection, I assume it is for Land Survey.

发帖数: 2712 | 4 我个人感觉，费用还成。当然对MD的州规定不熟，因为没收Loan Origination Fee，在
process里面赚回来些是可以理解的。对于买房来说，survey是一定要做的，否则
investor没有保障。title insurance里除了lender's title insurance 还可能有
owner's title insurance,已经title search的费用。undrewriting fee一般是
investor的规定，broker没有自己的in-house underwriter，investor要多少是多少了

感觉这个代理还比较合理，已经定下让她做了了。
dypanpan，你说的survey是指land survey吗？你说"survey是一定要做的,否则
investor没有保障",可以详细解释以下吗？昨天打电话给指定的settlement公司，他们
的charge里好像不包括survey ($200)，我回头再打电话让他们加上survey。

发帖数: 37 | 7 刚开始我也有同感，但问了一些人后，感觉基本上是固定的，MD Montgomery区基本
上是$4*千位数的房价，所以感觉没有太大的讨价还价的余地，至少在这个区。

算好呢。我的closing 有5800多，不过有一部分是broker出，所以还好点。 |

发帖数: 9308 | 11 如果是Broker自己process的话，可能会少收一点钱，然后在其他地方赚回来。所以你
要看总共的Cost和利率，然后作比较。
