estimate I am requesting. The Survey charge of $200 in the next line
folloing the Pest Inspection, I assume it is for Land Survey.

process里面赚回来些是可以理解的。对于买房来说,survey是一定要做的,否则
investor没有保障。title insurance里除了lender's title insurance 还可能有
owner's title insurance,已经title search的费用。undrewriting fee一般是
investor的规定,broker没有自己的in-house underwriter,investor要多少是多少了

感觉这个代理还比较合理,已经定下让她做了了。
dypanpan,你说的survey是指land survey吗?你说"survey是一定要做的,否则
investor没有保障",可以详细解释以下吗?昨天打电话给指定的settlement公司,他们
的charge里好像不包括survey ($200),我回头再打电话让他们加上survey。

x*********s 发帖数: 37 | 7 刚开始我也有同感,但问了一些人后,感觉基本上是固定的,MD Montgomery区基本
上是$4*千位数的房价,所以感觉没有太大的讨价还价的余地,至少在这个区。

要看总共的Cost和利率,然后作比较。
