这个搬家公司。看房子时只告诉我们seller要relocation,但没告诉我们要交给Cartus
来卖。查了一下这个公司的review,不管是买房的，卖房的还是relo的对其评价都很差
，请问这其中是否有什么trick,是go away的呢还是go ahead to sign contract.

如果是seller agent,关系不大.他们评价差是因为什么?

一般要是owner 工作的公司有relocation package 的话，当owner 由于公司需要
relocate 的时候，会由owner、公司委托给relocation 公司处理， 严格说，
relocation 公司不是owner，只是代理，relocation 公司再找sellers agent。最后，
由relocation 公司付中介费给agent，公司再付给relocation 公司搬家费、手续费等
等。
这样做的好处是owner 可以安心工作，公司也减少麻烦。

It looks like the relocation company already bought the property from the
original owner. Because the owner name on the contract is the relocation
company, not the original owner. Now the contract documents are more
complicated, almost 100 pages.
In addition to the contract, there is a standard addendum which can override
all other agreements. They also disclose the inspection reprot that the
relo company have done. It was said in addendum that we are puschasing the
property in "As Is" condition, subject only to the specific items set forth
in this agreement. Does that mean we even can not request repair and
credit after inspection?
Will sign contract this afternoon. Any suggestion would be apprecaited!
Here are reviews from Trulia.com. Almost all people said it a nightmare to
deal with this relo company.
