说是根据偶最近提供的文件，经过他们的research，发现偶现在已经不是偶家的owner
了，所以不qualify tax credit！
几个月前，他们来过一封要偶提供现在home owner的证据，包括最近几次utility账单
，paystub等等，俺依照要求如实提供给他们。
没想到他们给研究出这种事情来！真不知道他们整天除了吃饭还在干啥？

looking for it, for it's easier for them to just reject your claim. They
count on LZ to produce the documents again :)

verification.
I sent them our bank statment, paystub and usps change of address
confirmation, which are valid documents from their list.

以前appeal别的东西，也是被折腾够呛，来回等很久。但后来回想下来，其实操作上也
没花多少时间和精力，就是因为总是等很久，所以让人很烦躁。

And finally, the person who did my case called me today.
Told me that she searched on internet and found that my house was sold on
May 3, 2010 after my original purchase in March 2010. So we were not the
owner!
I asked her if she had any official documents saying that selling
transaction. She couldn't answer.
So she is asking me to send my current mortgate statement to take a look.

封信，问我们为什么没有交07年的税，我心想莫名其妙啊，07年我不住这凭什么要交税
，当时也没理。结果后来就直接给寄账单，说我欠好几千的税，没办法，给他们寄了封
信说我07年不住这，账单继续寄到，只好打电话问，说要我寄W-2表和给外州的tax
return copy（TNND，他们的信里啥也没说，不打电话也不知道要这些文件），于是寄
过去了，终于收到账单显示balance为零了，又过了一个月，突然又收到一封信，里面
附了我第一次寄的那封信，说你必须要提供什么文件云云。。。
我真是搞不懂这个州，也不知是不是所有新搬来的人都有这遭遇，还是我们中招。而且
为什么不问我06，05....年的税也没交呢？真是莫名其妙啊。 |
