现在我想让我的inspector对要修修补补的地方估价。可是我的代理说，很多repair,像地毯松动了，tile 坏了，墙上有洞，都不算repair,
都是cosmetic. 我已经付了很多钱了（inspection report, WDO, credit report)。大
