如果roof的面积（不是房子的面积）是3000多尺，大概要多少钱合适阿？
这里头有什么需要注意的，头一次做，怕有什么猫腻儿。还望大家指教。谢谢。 | g*****9

done correctly.
But if your house can not support the weight, metal should be the next best
choice, usually have 50 year warranty and have enough color and pattern
choice to look good for most houses. It also release heat very fast after
sun go down if you happen to live in a hot climate.
Asphalt shingle is the worst roofing material, but since it cheap, most
builder put them on their spec house.

发帖数: 4125 | 4 Metal shake or shingles (depending what brand you buy) can cost as much as
red ceder or hardwood shingles.
Metal roofing made from galvanised steel in sheets of strips are much
cheaper, they have many patterns and color choices avail to mimic other roof
material. They also install very faster.
I prefer mechanically seamed metal with concealed fasteners contains sealant
in seams than flat-seam metal with soldered seams.

发帖数: 4252 | 6 Regarding the hotness issue, shingle or tile, the difference is marginal.
The two major factors related are insulation and ventilation.
If either of the two has problem, whatever you choose even the best and most
expensive tile won't help any.
As long as both of the two are correctly done, whatever you choose has
almost no difference.

要2万4
哭。。。
