没有townhouse。
只有fee simple, condominium, co-operation等。

Being the same premises conveyed to grantors herein by deed from
XYZ LLC dated December xx, 20xx and recorded on January xx, 20xx
in the ABC county clerk's office in deed book N, Page M
PS.忘了说, 这是个Townhouse, 不然我也就不费劲去figure out到底是不是condo

对于我来讲， 区别还在于condo的refi比较难做一些， 很多公司都不愿意做condo的
refi
