还有downpay>20%是不是那个owner's title insurance可以免掉了？closing fee里的那
个daily interest charges必须得交吗？closing fee是不是不能讨价还价？

You buy owner's title insurance will protect you. Daily internest charges
will depend on your closing date, you have to pay it to the lender from your
closing date to the end of the month. Closing fee you can negotiate with
your loan officer
