price list翻出来看看，主要是在chase的房价估计网站看到一个房子不在agent发的
list上，但是我偏偏有点印象，于是又往前翻了一个多月以前她给我发的信，当时是用
了2300－3300 sqft作为限制条件的今年的销售价格，里面果然就出来了不同的房子，
可见她新发给我的list是加了价格限制，专门选高于某个价格的list给我看。想起来她
一开始还是不错的，还是挺诚实的，然后当时我也傻不拉及的啥也不懂，后面她就开始
耍花样了，所以买房子的人千万不要相信agent给你的CMA list，除非他们是在你眼皮
子底下给你查的。 |

都是我跑过去找她，结果蒙起我来倒是一点不客气。。。

开了一下午就是为了让我了解一下那片我从来没去过的区，觉得她挺nice的，现在呢，
觉得被她耍了，又极度不信任和厌恶她，但是没搬完家之前还得跟她打交道，郁闷

Do you mean your agent didn't provide you the listing of relative lower
price? From what I know, the buyers should do their homework on house
searching, no matter how wonderful the agent is. |

以找Agent给你做Search，Agent查出来的内容要多很多，但是Search Criterion是你自
己设的。 |

the sold price for an area?

but for your case, just ask the agent to change the robot setting. fire her
if she refuses or shows hesitance.

发帖数: 36306 | 17 yeah, i tried redfin, but didn't find my state. i didn't think she
manipulated the search result till last night.... just a bad lesson. it is
not a robot setting. she sent me a separate searching result showing the
comps this year in the area, which did make my purchase look good, since
they were all sold at a much higher price...
