发帖数: 681 | 1 后院紧邻小区的trail。原屋主在backyard boarder靠trail种了一排树，不过也不是很
密的象墙一样，树与树之间间隔比较大的。trail再往外是一小片荒地，荒地往外就是
树林。一直以为trail就是property的边界。这两天仔细看county的record和买房子当
时给一大堆文件中的地图，才发现trail外面那块荒地实际上也是我们家的property。
买的时候卖家还有双方agent都没有提起，估计都和我一样很自然的默认trail就是
boarder。这种情况咋办？ |

property based on (visually) smaller land although numbers are correct on
seller listing and public records? what effect would that have on sale price
? ie. perhaps you got a good deal because of this.
anyway, you may want to have this fixed so people know it's your property. i
am not sure whether you need to pay for a survey service or not. |

发帖数: 681 | 10 感觉是的。listing上数字和county record上的一样，比邻居都要大很多。但是如果以
trail为界的话，没感觉比邻居大多少。可能要花钱找人survey一下了。

不是现在这样从property中插过去的。 |
