现在他要求同时作为银行的代理律师, 要多收800块, 我不知道银行需不需要代理律师
在场, 新泽西是不需要的, 不知道纽约需不需要, 有没有条文规定.

law.
However, typically the bank(Lender, loan agent) will find the lawyer for u,
its typically a lawyer who work for the title company.
And the fee is included in the closing cost, not as much as 800$.
You do not have to hire your immigration lawyer.
However, how did he knew that you are buying a house?
If you do not like him, why bother to do business with him? | b********3
