application. The lending institution feels this fee is necessary as this
helps in processing the application and in the creation of the bank account,
either from a bank or a broker. The origination fee should be located at
the top of a "good faith estimate" and should be disclosed within 3 hours

发帖数: 534 | 4 已经搞清楚了。银行一般在GFE上都会加一些point作为estimated origination fee，
如果你不买point,finalize的时候这笔钱还会credit back，有时credit比GFE上的
originaiton fee还要高。
