I would suggest you get one that is oil free (this one will need oil).
RWKR have posted links before for a $99 one with a nail gun (brad nailer)
That one is better made for sure.

More horse power means it can supply more air continously or less run time
to fill up the storage tank (Assume everything else being equal)
Bigger tank, means the moter will run less frequently if you use it to drive
nails. (smaller motor will run longer to fill up)
Usually they go up together in size.
