no fee is only for the loan, far from no closing cost. |

的费用。
你这个显然因为是no fee.另外也看你down-pay是多少。越少,利息也越高。还有你的
收入和credit score.也会影响一点。

that's a trick agents usually play. nobody covers closing cost.
所以我说楼主的agent太贪婪。3/30号的时候利息还很好,5.25 is too high, agent为
了多赚钱把楼主给卖了。
