发去修改好的文章，最后结尾顺带提到了我们的房子啥时候过户：our house will be
closed on xxx(day). 结果今天收到他回复，末尾处写了一大段给我解释close/
closing/closed在此处的区别，赫赫，估计他以前改我的paper是不是很头疼。。。
P.S. I think you mean that your house “closing” will be on xxx. That’s
different from closing your house!
“Closing” is used as a noun in this context, not an adjective or verb.
You could also say: We will close on our home purchase on xxx. In this use
