sure what went wrong). The house is empty. They can't close on time, that's
why they asked for extension. And this is the 3rd extension already.

deal rather than walk away from a deal.

如果是因Title问题，银行无需买家同意就可以延期30天，到了30天还不能解决Title问
题，
买家可以选择接受现有的Title状态，或者取消合同拿回押金。
你应该看看你的Contract和Addendum里是否有类似的条款。

果每请，就要看你的agent是不是够有经验替你加了。否则对方应该有延期条款。你就
会比较被动。

在你的过期前完成。否则你有权利终止合同。或者会要求对方会补偿你相关的损失和费
用。
