You get a dishwasher free if you buy a range, you get a vent free if you buy
a fridge.

where you live, if only one dealer in the area, most likely it will want to
charge you full price, if there is multiple dealers in the area, 40 to 50%
off MSRP is the very possible, even more if you get last years model or
scratch and dent item (huge YMMV)
Promotion is from (paid by) the company, not from dealer, so you should be
able to negotiate a deal if you buy multiple items and still get the free
items.
