closing process was very smooth because of good communication. My buyer agent
and loan agent belong to the same company. They provides the lowest rate and
fees I ever found. Be sure to shop around and compare before you decide.

the offer from you realtor/broker. the whole process will be more efficient
if you get a good realtor/broker.
