hard wood floor，我同事说capeting可能会潮到了夏天，他们有的用engineering
wood在basement，不知道大家都铺什么在basement。谢谢！！！ |

and it's ugly. So we want to get rid of it. Just checked the price for
engineer wood in lumber liquidator. 3.69/sqft for maple wood. 800 sqft will
cost $3000. Too expensive. Not sure laminate would be a better choice or not

如果不急着move in 就彻底清除 到夏后再搬
不能等那么久的话 就cover up好了
放地毯呢还是木地板 不要急着决定 这些装修至少等住满一年再说 看看四季各种天气
