opens front door, it will say "Front Door". 这样，至少在不同房间也可以知道
有没有人进出。尤其是知道小孩没有出门。
可惜快要搬家了，不知道有没有别的装置有类似功能的？为了这个去装ADT，带上三年
的合同好像太浪费了。 |

发帖数: 4125 | 2 You can just take the existing system with you or buy a similar setup online
(ebay have lots of them). You can also buy the pieces you need, you will
need to learn to program all the new pieces, If you can program VCR before,
you should be fine. Some system require a additional keypad to program, some
not.

You can search wireless alarm system.
Or if you know the brand you want, you can search GE wireless alarm system.
Lynx from Honeywell (formerly ademco) is also not bad.

troublesome to install wired system?
Does the GE or Honeywell require service contracts?

you want it monitored (you could get the system free if that is the case)

有次逛open house我留意过，好像人家家里装的是GE

发帖数: 4125 | 8 Wired system need to be installed before sheet rock step. But if you are
building a house this will be perfect. Low voltage wiring does not need to
meet code, you can just do it yourself, just lable the wire, you can install
the device itself after the house is finished.
