You are right, you can just buy the same thing in US, except you will be
paying at least 3 to 4 times as much, but if money is not a problem, buy
from local.
除非你要把家里布置成古色古香的传统中式家具。
Most of my business is not 古色古香的传统中式家具, it is just high end
custom made pieces you see in home and decoration magazines. I just supply a
copy cat at significant savings. Every piece can be made to your spec (down
to 0.1 cm in size)

等级就不一定了。local也好,北卡的店也好,那些店里的东西至少是有质量保证的,
而且还是有售后服务的。

if I sell too cheap, they think I am only selling cheap crap, no win
situation for me.
Cheap price does not always equal cheap quality.
Chinese customers are (or think they are) just too smart (精明) for me to
deal with. My apologies to the very few that is not that way.
售后服务 is exactly what I am concerned about, after save you 80 to 90 % off
retail price on nice custom made stuff, they still ask for the same kind of

good stuff. If you buy exactly the same thing from Walmart, pay less money,
the people feel, it is not good. Because it is from Walmart.
