REO properties are sold as is. You need to estimate the repair cost. Usually
you can get credit for normal transaction based on inspection. That means
market price minus repair cost should be the upper limit you are willing to
pay. |

You can not ask other people to help you, no one else have seen it besides
you.
If there are 4 bidders, make the best (highest) offer you are willing to pay
for if you love the place.

Make the best (highest) offer you are willing to pay.
Compare the house and price with other recently sold similar house nearby,
including sqft, bedroom/bath/garage, year built, floor plan, condition.
Compare apple to apple. |
