房子上市刚刚两天,agent 说已经有7 个offer with full price offer or above.
房子整体的条件还不错, 但是厨房有点久,没有冰箱,而且预留空间也很小,all
applicance are old, there is no washer and dryer, plus there are 2 doors are
damaged. need to replace it. other than that, we pretty much like the big
yard, one story, good price but unit price still very high.
We can afford the full price or a little above. the bad thing is we have
lease on our corrent apartment, if we got the offer, we | s**********d
