做buyer agent而已
申请表格中有business name和business address，不知道对于individual broker
applicant该怎么填，是不是需要申请一个business，按理说individual broker不用申
请Business，不知自己理解的对不对

我是first-time home buyer，但是做了不少的功课，大致了解了一些，目前打算买
condo/town house，比single-family house简单不少。如果是自己不找buyer agent的
话，可不可以节省一些agent cost。如果找agent，会有什么好处吗？谢谢。 |

business by yourself. In many states, you need to be a salesperson first
for some years to be eligible for applying broker exam. You need to take
some classes and exams to be a salesperson. In order to work as a
salesperson, you need to work under a broker.
If you are determined, it is not difficult to be a broker eventually for the
many MS/PhD here in the USA, but it takes much time and energy.
