other was at $190,600. I asked the agent at the first company why they gave
me such a high dwelling price. He told me the other company might not have
included debris removal in the event of a full fire, building permit fees to
reconstruct the property, the cost associated with contractor/architecture
fees, and transportation cost for material.
I still doubt what the agent said. I don't think what he stated would be

your lender only cares whether the dwelling cost is above your loan amount
or not
so it is your call to decide whether you want a higher dwelling cost or a
lower one |
