A****Z 发帖数: 52 | 1 I signed a contract for a short sale house (sell as IT IS). There are some
vertical cracks between bricks in the basement. This is my main concern.
Does anybody has any suggestion?
For home inspectors, which one is better for the following two:
1: One who inspects carefully but with no equipment
2: One who inspects with equipment
Does inspection equipment do a better job?
Thanks. | n****8 发帖数: 1716 | 2 For general home inspection, the use of equipment is always a double-edged
sword, it may help or it may bring more problems to an inspector. Therefore
, to minimize liability, common practice for home inspectors is to avoid
using any equipment or keep the usage to a minimum. |
