vertical cracks between bricks in the basement. This is my main concern.
Does anybody has any suggestion?
For home inspectors, which one is better for the following two:
1: One who inspects carefully but with no equipment
2: One who inspects with equipment
Does inspection equipment do a better job?

sword, it may help or it may bring more problems to an inspector. Therefore
, to minimize liability, common practice for home inspectors is to avoid
using any equipment or keep the usage to a minimum. |
