not important to me. Looks like this rate with cost is not a very good deal.
However, this is the best I can find. I am in AZ. |

can drop much further.
For all the buyers, you should shop around for the rate. I let my loan agent
drop the rate from 5.125% to 4.875% by getting the competition in. |

更何况，processing fee也可以是0, 利率提高了不就可以no processing cost了么。
考虑到lz 4.875的rate，这个processing fee一点也不高，很合理。

rate and cost in the market.
My understanding is that only the items that start with number 8 are the
fees directly related to the loan agent. All other items are related to
third partis, title companies, or prepaid expenses. To compare the cost,
summarizing all the items starting with number 8 is the way to go. |
