It could be a garbage in, garbage out study. But I like to share my thoughts
on the results:
1. CFM number seems overkill. A much low number seems just fine.
2. Don't worry steam escape.
I haven't try a 3D model yet. But from this elementary study, I think what we
should look at is not how fast/strong the air will be sucked, but other
features like ease to clean, maintain... Don't worry about the strength of the
sucking.
