1. I don't like pet. While your neighbor's dog may not bark at night, it will
bother them more than you.
2. If it is a latino or black neighboor, I will think twice because they tend
to party a lot.(潜意识)
3. You can't complaint to association. I doubt if they will do anything for u.
4. If they are relatives from out of state, it will be fine, because they only
come once a while.(check their license plates). However if they are local, | f**u

if you do not want to keep a good relationship with your neighbour, at least
you should avoid keeping a bad realtioship. So right now you already start
to thinking complain them even you are not their neighbour, why bother?
also I donot think association will take care these kind of stuff.
a lot of americans have dogs, most of them think dogs are part of their
family, especially those who could buy house. Also some people prefer
to have parties at weekend. that is their life style. so as lo |
