发帖数: 38 | 1 如题，下午LD4点左右下班回来发现2/3的公寓（2室1卫）的地毯全部湿了，天花板还在
不停的滴水，桌上的2个笔记本电脑已经泡水当机了，而且还有漏电现象，冰箱停电了
，电源也没有供电了；当时打电话给公寓的管理公司，说是周末没有人来，打911，叫
来救火车的人来看了，再打电话给房东，还是没有人来，现在夜深了，明天一早还要上
班，想请有经验的同学们给些建议：
我们可以找房东要另外的房间暂时住吗？
损失的财物（电脑，泡水的衣物/家具，还有其他尚未清理出来的）可以索赔吗？
我们该做些什么准备证据呢？

have one.
need a written statement from authorities saying your house was damaged by
flood... such as a police report, a fire department report, etc... a
personal statment with witness signature will do, too.
call your landlord notify them the problem, then send him a written notice,
asking for the repair of the house, compensation of the property damage.
call the attorney / file small claim in court
