大家好！
全世界人民就是全人类，四海之内皆兄弟，首先我不得不说，无论何种家世种族信仰，
我们全人类都是兄弟姐妹，对于信仰上帝的来说这是上帝的安排，对于不信仰上帝的来
说这是自然而成的，我们都是地球村里的小小一员。而自有人类开始，就纷争不断，五
千年的人类历史就是一部血腥的战争历史，前事不忘，后事之师，到了我们总结历史展
望未来的时候了。以二次世界大战的欧洲战场和亚洲战场为例，欧洲战场起因于德国的
崛起，想要统一欧洲，选用了战争方式来解决，然而军火不能臣服人心，失利于英国为
代表的同盟国的奋力坚持。而战事结束50年后，欧盟成立了，战争不能达到的各方利益
平衡，得到了皆大欢喜的结局。
与此同时在亚洲，日本军国主义分子提出来了一个扩建东亚共荣圈的口号，以争取国内
民心，同时也在亚洲邻国招摇于市，甚至连国共俩党的革命前辈汪精卫等都被网罗进来
。即便如此，虽然军力强盛于一时，却无法获得人心所向。不战而屈人之兵才是中国孙
子兵法所说的军事上的上上策。战事结束70年后，东亚经济圈的概念开始形成了。
往事不再多提，目前的热点是叙利亚局势，挑动叙利亚内战的各派武装力量都有各自的
利益，唯独叙利亚人民平静生活的权利，这一根本利益，没有一方能解决，在文明如此
发达的现代社会，竟然内战四年了，而且都解决不了，谈判也很艰难，连见面座谈都难
。牢骚太甚防肠断，风物长宜放眼量。无论是何门教派，都是有个上帝，或者如佛教的
佛祖，或者如伊斯兰教的真主，他们与人的关系必然是保护人，爱护人的。人类自己用
暴力甚至战争手段首先是解决不了问题，而后是冤冤相报何时了？真主如何欢喜你们呢
。如果不信教，也是有父母的，有父母的教育，都会有爱心，只要有爱心，通过沟通协
商，就能促进我们的相互理解。
面对目前的形势，我认为是到了彻底解决世界各国内战问题的时候了。我的解决方案是
，一切政府退出利益政争，作为彻底的第三方，而与此同时，一切放下武器的派别都可
以提出利益诉求，都可以公开他们的话语权，与政府谈判，由人民公投解决。政府逐步
改良为真正人民自主自治少数派也能民主参与的政府。归结为三句话，尊重历史，把握
现在，开创未来。就是说对于已经发生的问题定格为历史问题，予以尊重，由彻底的第
三方来广泛吸收各类民意，从中总结经验，在现在的政治实践中改良。本着着眼于未来
发展的眼观，君子动口不动手，只要是不引起暴力行为的利益诉求都将在协商中通过政
治实践解决。

A letter to people all over the world on world peace
Dear All,
People all over the world are human beings. First of all, I have to say that
we, human beings, no matter which family, which race, or which belief you
belong to, we are brothers and sisters. If you believe in God, it is
arranged by God. If you have no belief, it is from nature. We are a tiny
part of the world village. However, ever since there have been villages on
the earth, the argument have existed; and violence started from that time.
The human race’s 5000 years’ history is one long period of war. History is
a mirror of current times: we should learn from history. The Second World
War in Europe and Asia is an example. The war started with the rise of
Germany, and her attempt to unite Europe. They choose war to pursue this
objective. But they failed in the face of the Central Powers' allies. Soon
after the war, the European Economic Community (now the European Union) was
set up. Everyone was happy with it, as there was no more need for violence.
At the same time in Asia, militarism in Japan was advocated. The Greater
East Asia Co-Prosperity Sphere attracted Japanese support. Even the leader
of Kuomintang, Wang Jingwei was persuaded to take part. Even although they
were so powerful militarily, no Chinese people supported them. The Chinese
strategist Sun Zi said that the most important strategy should be to attract
the enemy by peace. After 70 years now, the concept of the East Asia
Economic Zone has started.
The conclusion from these two examples is that peace leads us on the right
route.
Now let's come to Syria. Every party in the civil war has their own agenda.
However, nobody is protecting the Syrian people's basic right to have a
peaceful life. In the modern times, there has been war for 4 years, but
still no solution has come about. Even peace negotiations are really
difficult. The two parties even dared to face to face talks. To complain too
much could be counter-productive; but the most beautiful view is in the
future. No matter what your beliefs, whether in God, Buddha, or Allah in
Islam - their relationship to people is to protect and help them. First of
all, we cannot solve trouble by violation or war; and secondly, what is the
end to fighting each other? How can it make Allah happy with you, when you
hurt your brother and sister? Even if you have no religious belief, of
course you must have had parents. You must have learned love from your
parents. With love, by negotiation, we could understand each other.
Looking at the current situation, it is time for me to raise a solution for
world peace now. My solution is simple: every party putting down their
weapons could make clear the rights of the public to negotiate with
governments. The government is the truly 3rd party to all countries. This
solution is made by public vote. Governments should accept minor parties,
step by step, via democracy. Respect history; live for the present; build
the future.
