Silver spider,
Brooding
On the blue wall of the infinite,
What passion makes you pale?
You have caught the stars
In your web of moonbeams.
You have sucked from them
Their vibrant scintillations.
Now they hang enmeshed,
Cosmic gnats,
Bloodless,
Still trembling a little.
