加上 Internet 为软件开发提供了更好的质量控制的机制。Open Source 对 Close

有的 opensource projects 都能像 Linux, Apache 那样成功，我觉得成功与否取决于
三点 1. 项目组织者的项目管理能力。2. project community 的大小。 3. community

in other countries, IT Industry 和 其他 industries 一样 suffer from
Globalized Economy. Economy Globalization 是邪恶的，缺乏人性的资本家是邪恶的
，国会应该立法 stop 或 limit Out Sourcing。 |
