俺就想入门。年初搞了个hd camcorder，只会录，录完了现在不知道咋办了。
直接在电脑上播放mts的文件显得很吃力呀
目前知道怎么转成xvid的avi了，可是一般家用多大的分辨率就差不多了？
普通dvd好像是720x450的。

能以相对最小的数据量存储大量的信息，而且支持浮动的不同码率，以及广泛的分辨率
这种格式已经十分普及，蓝光用的也是此标准
一个缺点就是解码需要电脑有一定的计算能力
我自己用的是TMPGEnc 4.0 XPress来压制
速度挺快效果不错，还能利用Nvidia的CUDA

不过是在Windows上的，发这里感觉有点奇怪... |

发帖数: 17771 | 13 那你得有海量存储器才行。如果是1080，30f/s，即使是h.264压缩以后的高清视频，也
差不多要每秒需要1MB的空间，没压缩的要几十倍上百倍的扩大（看你具体视频内容了
，毛片的话，差别可能至少上百倍，因为压缩以后，可以省大量的B Frame，因为毛片
动作比价单一），就算50倍，一秒钟的内容需要50MB，20秒就一个G，一分钟3个G，你
有多大硬盘啊？

俺下面的脚本转成xvid 是h.264的嘛？
还有，为什么俺不缩放分辨率和缩放分辨率文件大小差不多阿

Since I moved to Mac, it's over 42GB per hour - I guess Mac really
just saves the raw data.
It's ok for me because I don't shoot a lot, really just some home
video - no, not _that_ kind of "home video", you sick freak. ;-)

By no means. Only home video.
I normally just play the edited clips on computer.
When I need to, I just hook it up to the TV. So it's
really pointless for now to export to hd. I'm just saving
the raw data for later when we have better TVs and stuff.

Not talking about the transmission rate. 8-)
That is how much data ended up being imported to the harddrive
from the camcorder for every hour of footage.
I don't remember exactly but I think I used ffmpeg to import
on linux, and Sony Vega's built-in import on Windows. Both
yield that amount of data, while the iMovie import yields over
40GB for every hour of footage.

It appears imovie is importing original data while linux/windows is
compressing and importing data.
You could directly copy original data to hd in linux/windows too which will
be 40GB/hour footage.
iMovie doesn't necessarily make anything better in this sense :)

By "copy" you mean when importing from the tape?
It would make sense that the tools would provide options to import
without compression. I probably just didn't find it.

Oh it's an hv20 I got couple years ago, using digital cassettes.
Speaking of cassettes, I also never tape over anything. So that's
another copy of the original raw data I'm keeping.
