Looks like I can only down load 30 days free evaluation redhat enterprise
linux version from its website. Will the linux stop functioning after 30
days? Or I just can not get support from Redhat?
Is there a good way to get Redhat 8.0?

I don't know why you need Redhat 8.0, it is an old version.
You can try CentOS. It uses all redhat packages. but you do not need to pay
and you get all the updates.
