以想请教一下版上的前辈们，律所给办绿卡的难度究竟有多大，自己申请NIW后在转行
的话就无效了吧？

policies. Because of the current wait time for EB23 is approximately 4 years
, you will need to stay with a firm for at least 5 years to get it.

Is there a general policy, such as Green card application is provided if the
new employee performs good after half or one year?
Or some tough firms only promise but not actually initiate the process?

发帖数: 1455 | 5 I don't think there is a general policy, but most firms only support GCs for
partners. Depending on the location, it is very difficult for a law firm to
prove that they could not find an American citizen to do the job, which is
required for purposes of PERM labor certification. You should check with
the firm before applying.
