load到我的card上面,结果拿到了一个citation(infraction).
前几天上法庭, 我带了各种document证明我买了monthly pass, 包括公司的证明信, 购
买记录等等. 但是没想到整个trial只有3,4分钟,我还没有来的及出示这些材料,trial
就结束了. 我提出再submit这些证明但法庭拒绝接收. 几天后我得到了法庭寄的信, 将
我的罚款降低, 但是仍然是guilty.
法庭的通知说我可以appeal, 方式是我到法庭file 一个appeal document, 然后法庭做
决定.
我想问一下我的各种证明还有方法能交给法庭吗? 接下来的appeal还有可能dismiss 这
个case吗? 是不是需要请一个律师来帮助?

with appealing a train citation.
If you want to DIY, google would be much more efficient for your time. If
you want to hire a lawyer to represent you, be prepared to spend at least 10
times the fine (with no guarantee of victory). |
