之前有过和男朋友吵架被警察逮捕，然后charge assault class c的起诉，但上庭后直
接被dismiss了，没有任何附加条件。

Visa application will ask whether you have been arrested before. You must
answer yes and your visa application will be suspended pending explanation.
You should fax the court minute order and/or a letter from your attorney to
the US consulate in China to explain, after which you should be able to get
your visa.
