credential evaluation就不需要提供course description了？

The easiest solution is to
google "foreign credential evaluation" or google map "foreign credential
evaluation" for a local one
check their requirements
call them to confirm
pick one and pay for the service (evaluation and/or translation)

you don't have to go to university to get description, just go to any
certified degree certification agency, they will get this done for you. It
usually is 100-200$.
