What is your take on this? How will this impact practitioners, inventors,
and the average citizens?
Being in SV I think this is great. SV is the center of innovation. We have
many talented people don't want to move out of the area. USPTO will be able
to tap into this talent pool instead of hiring fresh college grads to feed
its examiner needs. |

new PTO examiners need to get training in DC for a couple of yrs. then they
can live anywhere in the US.
and the new branch offices won't change the above policy. |
