house what cleaning you have completed. There were a lot of personal items
left in the kitchen that were in very bad condition and we have tossed them.
For example, you left some molded food items in the kitchen cabinet, your
tea pot was melted on one side, the rice cooker with molded rice on the
interior were all tossed. The refrigerator was left uncleaned as well The
bedroom garbage can was not wiped out of food stuck to the sides and the
debris at the bottom. The sheets were not washed and we had to throw out the
sheets because they were extremely dirty and needed to be replaced. The two
pillows from that bed had to be replaced as well because they had not been
washed during your stay. The top blanket for the bed was badly damaged from
rubbing oil or something on the top of it right in the center so that will
need to be replaced as that was a new blanket when you arrived. Also, the
bathroom toilet was not cleaned on the inside or out. Nor was the tub
cleaned from the pink shampoo debris that you used on your hair or the grime
in the tub. The bathroom medicine cabinet was not cleaned out and personal
muck was left stuck to the inside. My cabinet in the kitchen was newly
installed and the drawer you used was warped along with the debris left on
the cabinet shelf; the spilled soy sauce and oil warped the cabinet. I
charge $15.00 per hour to clean and you will be charged 2 hours and the
replacement cost of the items above. The above charges will be deducted from
your deposit.
